downstream oxygen sensor replacement

Postby Soundstream_626 » February 18th, 2016, 2:14 pm

guys I need to replace my downstream o2 sensor. The one on the car now is a bosch. I searched the number embossed on it but no luck. The connector looks like this, it`s a 4 wire unit.

I found one place so far with the replacement but its $1200 tt. Searching online I have not come across a Bosch with the same connector.

I have seen denso units online eg:

with the same connector for 35-50 usd. However they do not list it as subaru specific. This connector type I`ve only found listed for honda. Will this work? Any advice will be appreciated.

Pretty good. It cost me just under 700 total and is working just fine now. Saved 500+ vs buying it locally.

downstream oxygen sensor replacement

Im not using the OEM snorkel/air box and need a place to install the air temp sensor. Does it matter if the sensor is located between the TB opening and the K&N filter?
