Subaru conversion question

Good day folks. Need some advice here.
Have a Hawkeye Subaru bought from massy that came with an ej20 non turbo engine, all wheel drive and 4 wheel disc brakes already. Wanna swap out the engine for possibly an ej20/25 turbo with a manual box. Any advice on if it's a direct swap or if anything else will have to change? Thanks

Everything would bolt in but you would need -
Motor and all peripherals.
Engine and dash harness.
ECU and if applicable BIU and skim key .

So simplify the swap, find a wrecked WRX or STI and swap engine and dash.
