NorStar2k, what's the blinking light on the center console close to the AC control? I was under the assumption it was an immobilizer. 2012 Fully loaded model. Thanks!

You're correct, it is the Immobilizer status indicator (see pix).

Thanks. That being said, would you still advise me to install an alarm? I know the alarm is more for alerting you since in this case the immobilizer is already built in but in Trinidad when ppl hear an alarm its like a bird chirping. Not a real Alarm status!

good day pipz. can you give me the listing of the various bulbs used in the 3rd gen SGV? know the h/lights are H7 and 9005...

Hi there very interesting and informative topic, i own a grand vit. fabric model the ignition key has lock and unlock features but it has stopped working i bought a new battery but it still is not working any ideas?

Sorry to bump a thread this old, but does anyone know how to remove the rear panels on the current model 3 door version. I'm trying to upgrade then stock speakers.
