Last I checked with LM, the Swift Sport is no longer being offered (i.e. a few weeks ago).

Unless of course the sale dude was just pulling my leg

^^^Correct. The 2011 Swift is one model only. No more Sport. Just the 2011 Swift (Auto).

^^because a "sport" version hasn't been released for the "new" swift as yet.

Look out for it perhaps after the next year or so.

With the (September) 2004-2010 Swift, the Sport model was only introduced in October 2005.
That's roughly one year after the introduction of the base model.
I believe we can expect something similar this time as well.

nice. i see some spy shots of the 2011 sss somewhere online. will post when i find it back. it looks interesting.

The rear of this one looking too euro though, but it seems like it will have wider trunk access. A 2door in this would look insanely hawt though.

Wonder if they discontinued importing some of those models to bring in some CNG powered ones? I know suzuki India has factory built CNG models.

Do NOT buy Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.0 anymore, as it is withdrawn in many countries. In fact, it is replaced by 2.4L engine for the SAME price. We pay hefty prices in our showrooms and still get old versions. I cannot understand this madness. When I heard that this 2.0L SG Vitara is withdrawn, I searched and got this link.

Same thing in USA (Texas at least). Probably our guys bringing in left out units or could not push out the stock on hold??

Lifestyle Motors carries the 2.0L and 2.4L units. None of the 2.0L are old left over stock! Suzuki does NOT have left over units. Each and every vehicle is built to order – absolutely NO vehicle from Suzuki is from sitting stock. The 2.0L is manufactured for “engine size sensitive” markets like ours whereby import duties and taxes make larger engine sizes unaffordable. All of LM's models are current. Its simply an issue/result of our government’s import duties and motor vehicle tax implications.

^the APV is cool, got a ride in one and was impressed by its comfort and power.

wish if suzuki will make a slightly larger jimny with at least a M16. That would be the bomb.
