No.
I used to change coolant every 50,000kms

I sold my car at 140,000kms so i only did 2 coolant changes.
I used the oem coolant but for those DIY guys, zerex has the same basic formulation as the OEM for aluminum engines

Was it just a drain and fill that LSM did for you? I think a full flush requires >5L so that is like 900 + labour to change coolant. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:

Yea
Coolant change is drain and fill back.
However some old coolant stays in the block, so u can start the car while its draining to to allow the waterpump to help drain more fluid.
Dont run the engine too long tho.
