Electric power steering. End bushing on the steering rack wears and sounds like a bad cradle bushing. Car will be down for a day or two to repair. Usual suspension issues.. cradle bushings, shock heads and link arms. Definitely not as crappy as Nissan though.
Saw this in the manual and was wondering what is considered a lot of maneuvering for it to start to reduce the power assistance re: note on the right of image.
Driving a Swift for 6 years now. Servicing them for almost as long. Only came across one car with power steering issues. You get that disclaimer with all cars with electric power steering.
A guy with a driving school was gonna take my swift this week. He call back to say the car have EPS and it does get hard during 3pt turns and it does spoil easy...

I driving the same swift with EPS and never had any of the issues described above.
