Do appreciate your views/suggestion etc.

I hear it on the right side more... Thought was a mount or something

Did a search and seems to be a common problem with VW and some Audi ( Q5) .

You checked the rubber seals around the doors? When they start getting dry they make that noise.

One way you can check is by pressing against the seals from outside the car and see if you can reproduce the sound.
If that's the case, lube it up with some silicon spray.

Could really be door seals. Especially noticeable on slow speed corners where one has to cross a hole or drain. Car flexing and dry seals made squeaky sounds. Common on Vw/Audi and BMW.

Yea.. I get the same thing when making a turn into the bumpy driveway. I guess it really does sound a bit like a cracking sound.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I belive it is an ABS sensor bad at one of the wheels.

A year ago I had a similar issue and dropped the vehicle in to the dealership and they replaced the sensor.

Odd it has reoccured in my case in such a short time. Vehicle 4.5 yr old Skoda Yeti.

Got towed in Arima recently and they properly fcerked my front lip and bumper. Took the time to re-installed my OEMs (with a bit of modifications). Still have lots to do on the front, including new lip and painting the inter-cooler piping black. find the bottom busy with all the bits...

Oil change with Gulf ULE 5w40 low saps.
Replaced DSG gearbox fluid with Motul DCTF.

Works nice and crisp now :-)

Guys, what is a good adhesive to stick a metal base emblem flat on a piano black grille? The red 3m double sided tape didn't last as long.

Which red 3m double sided tape did you try... The outdoor (which is grey) or the vhb (which is clear).
Might have to clean surfaces with rubbing alcohol

It came with the product... its red and says 3m. I cleaned the surface with alcol before putting it. When I started doing a periodic wash, it came off.. Which one should be better? Is there a 3m glue for automotive?
