Bigger grille more aggressive front bumper, new fogs, new steering, new deck, new tail lights, new rear bumper with a strip running from lower reflector to reflector...

N That's not even the one I saw. Saw a white with the fogs everything n the deck had 4 buttons either side but wasn't the navigation deck

Yeah the one in the pic is the base model. Trendline. You probably saw a Comfortline or Highline.

The steering wheel in the pic is plug and play with older passats and jettas. Maybe even polos too.

Surprised it took so long for the facelifted Jetta to get here.

Yes, the pic is the basic model. Doesn't do it justice. Its closer to the pics I posted previously of the gli. Almost exact

Pretty straight fwd. Came with original Audi wiring for the doors. Hardest part was getting the panels off. They're a pia... (Had to you tube it, there are literally screws in places you won't imagine) but once the screws are off it pops off like any normal door panel.
I got some codes after for window modules not being calibrated(have to calibrate the one touch as I didn't disconnect the batt), not sure if that was the problem, and door lock modules but nothing that wasn't hard to solve. You will need vagcom to turn them on after though.
There is a you tube video on how to install them.

Did it come with puddle lights to begin with?

The plastic shield on one of mine came out and I thought I would have to take the entire panel off to change it, but it was actually snapped in with a clip. Disengaged it with a flat head and it slid right out.

Turns out that when I did that, I could properly snap the plastic shield back in place and did not actually need to buy a whole new one...

No, afaik none of the mk6 jettas came with puddle lights. There was a reflector there previously

Oil/filter change
Throttle body service
Engine wash.

Car drives effortlessly again after being in BA's lot for 3 months.

Any of you all doing your own oil changes replace the crush washer on the drain plug ever so often? It was only pointed out to me at this change that the washer is basically flat and worn now.

Drain plug changed to one slightly larger, possibly from 2015 VW (Jetta or Passat). Oil was dripping, person working on the car crossthread/striped the original bolt. Been good do far.

Good to hear car runs effortlessly again

Heading by Kerwin for similar service as yours above soon on the Yeti.
