how to adjust timing in a bmw e36

the vehicle is a bmw e36 (m43b16 engine)

1995 model - e316i saloon

removed the head to check for warpage - (found none)

bought new timing chain

looking for any assistance on how to re - time the engine.

I think it was a very bad idea to remove the timing belt
if you don't know about timing it back
that being said
you need to get a professional to put that back
where are you from?

the timing chain needs to be removed in order to remove the head....

i think that a tool is needed to set the cam / crank

please no "after the fact remarks" just need someone who has done it before.
