The heat of the issue lies with the font that BBM uses, "HelveticaNeue-Italic", and the fact that it was removed in the 7.0.3 update. This is causing various issues within BBM on iOS and making it crash in certain scenarios.

We reached out to BlackBerry and they assured us that the BBM team is hard at work to get it fixed ASAP. Unfortunately we don't have an exact timeframe but if you're using BBM on iOS just hang tight and an update will be along in the near future.

pioneer mine was working yesterday on 7.0.2 and this morning i did the 7.0.3 update and now i dont see personal hotspot anymore...

i tried going through the steps i took to enable it in the first place when i did it with the 7.0.2 yesterday and for nothing i getting it back...

Doesn't work on my Canada bought, prepaid iPhone but does on my brothers postpaid assuming local iPhone 4.

but the real issue here is that it worked on pre-paid on 7.0.2 and stopped with 7.0.3 but not for post paid

Bbm seems to be fixed now, it was updated either last night or this morning.

AFAIK you do not need to install Find my iPhone app for the service to work. It's now built into the OS and iCloud.

contacts tab crashes instantly for me too in BBM on ios 7.03. Fixed one problem but another appeared.

Switched to a Sony then to Apple.

I just can't see the myself BBMing… yet.

Unless their update provides better emoticons, moving from phone numbers to add to pin system, a status update tab and not having to connect to a server before allowing one to send a message then I think not.
