ACTIVE WEATHER APPROACHING THE ISLANDS.


Showers and Isolated Thunderstorm activity located about 200km East of Trinidad and Tobago is associated with a Tropical Wave interacting with the Inter-Tropical Convergence Zone.
This weather activity is set to begin affecting Trinidad and Tobago from after midday today.

So expect an increase in cloudiness from midday through tonight with showers almost anywhere across Trinidad and Tobago. We do anticipate that thundershowers are possible within a few areas over Trinidad, Tobago and portions of the Southern Windward Islands.

Please remember that in heavier showery activity or thundershowers, winds can Gust and the possibility for localized Street or Flash Flooding is there.
