thanks rahtid and we can take this to mean nothing has been resolved with respect to the state of the road.
Yesterday a single axle dump truck was speeding down that hill , unmindful of the vehicles that are almost in his lane because of the state of the road , he missed clipping an old hilux front by inches and when he passed my car , he was not lined up correctly in the lane , actually not straight at all, as if he was going head on ,into the traffic behind me.
i did not bother to look back.
