It's not a 'typical' tube rupture... A "lil" more happen.
All I will say, is if u like to push tings to the limits, sometimes u exceed those limits.

Reformer damage nothing new with them. I remember few years ago when over a hundred tubes were damaged on M1 plant. Set a crackshots

i wonder how much people gonna get blame for this one now. for sure the whole ops shift might get suspended or worse. dat company cyah afford to do that either since cgcl take some of their best.

Well, they swore themselves to secrecy, so they will take any jamming offered. Justified or not.

Panzzies.


Me, i preferred to take down turbine via the steam inlet. Just make. Sure that it coasts down and doesn't begin to backspin. And. In that case, if u can throttle the discharge to prevent flow or open up the steam inlet a bit to give it more forward rotation.

But then again I grew up with valves seating off well and check valve holding. That fertilizer place, half the things don't work properly and the other half fail in a timing.


And then again, when I left where I grew up, a short time after HP boiler tunes went shooting into The reformed gas piping leaving the boiler. And before that distribution laterals were ejected from the side of a cooling tower. I called that the M4 attempt at a space program.

Pfft, M3 destroyed all 384 of theirs in the early, TTMC days

Well i heard it was real bad too. Proman already inside. Heard they project 3- 6 wks. My padna done say he fed up pull burnt cables. Lol
