my experience with supplements:
muscle juice - best overall in its class. taste gets "boring" after a while though
prolabs nlarge 2 - best 'starter' protein..really good stuff
Weider Gain Fast - average in terms of supplement content unless mixed with milk etc. seems to increase appetite; good for hard-gainers
