An interesting point but no matter what you build it out of, a poorly planned neighborhood is what you're really talking about.

Yes - agreed. However it is the impoverished that is being ignored and marginalized by Gov't.

"Ghetto Housing" is not the answer. They will retaliate . And they are reacting .

Those container rentals in St Augustine are a quick rich scheme at the expense of UWI students - $3,500 per month ? :|

But we're talking about housing for UWI students not the general population.

Why you want to put UWI students in a " container housing" at $3,500 a month ?
