Just came back from San Fernando,

union hall - 3 feet of water..
an excavator fell into the cipero river, land gave way under him...
San Fernando By-Pass - can't see the median..bout 1 foot of water....

was comin down d highway around 2ish an rain like wow......could barely see d road but no floood in d highway....m2 ring rd had flood tho an by golconda lights if u turnin left to go to cipero rd it had some water there
