Sure!
1) cut up and wash a whole chicken. You can use parts or even boneless thighs/breasts. Cut slashes along pieces of chicken to allow seasoning to penetrate.

2) season with tandoori seasoning, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and ginger/garlic paste. You can either use an actual tandoori seasoning or some garam massala with extra chilli powder. Let marinate for 30 mins.
I used a pre packaged tandoori seasoning from cheif.
But it can be made easily with: tumeric, garam massala, chilli power.

3) drain some plain greek yoghurt in a stainer to remove some of the water. Season the yoghurt with light salt, black pepper, tandoori seasoning, garlic/ginger paste, mustard oil or ghee and add to chicken. Allow to marinate for 2 hrs.

4) lay pieces on a wire rack and broil in oven for 15mins on each side. Then kower the heat for another 15 mins to allow it to finish cooking. This step is important as the heat needs to be high to caramelize the seasoning. It not, all the seasoning will melt off.

5) cool sufficiently and stuff face.
