Buljol & crix for breakfastses & Boerewors on the BBQ with coleslaw, fries & some breads for dinner

Went tunapuna market this morning and the fish vendor told me carite scarce. Had one setta salmon and crocro though.

Crocro nice but too much bone.
I want some cutlass fish to cry but apparently northerners balk at it.

Tried sailfish for the first time, it was delicious very little bone and barbecued easily on the grill

That sailfish looks good. Coincidentally had BBQ Marlin Independence Day. Wasn't bad at all but I have my concerns about sustainability.

And despite not being a beef eater Kroniks patties look quite good. You used suet in the dough? I know Massy does in all their patties even the chicken

Made this recently; was published in Sept edition of UWI Today in the sunday guardian a couple weeks ago.

Roasted Leg of Lamb, mint jelly, vegetable rice pilaf, sautéed / grilled Shiitake Mushroom, small red potatoes , carrots and zucchini. Fresh Caesar's salad, Strawberry Cheesecake, Sangria with fruit cocktail, Coffee. Music by Alejandro Sanz. Salsa dancing . Another Family day :D
