Dinner was Thai red curry chicken

Malabar sells the authentic mae ploy red and green curry paste
Serious stuff and it has the shrimp paste as one of its ingredients

Dhal, rice, dasheen bush bhaji, fry herrings and curry shrimp.

Dhal taking forever to cook though.

I rather enjoy the rest from meat and seafood for the 5 weeks.

Feels liberating to not be a meat mouth in that time.

Not cooking today, workflow doesn't allow. But having lunch at a client who ordered paratha, channa, aloo, mango anchar and curry chicken with a bess pepper sauce and champagne.Later will be dinner at Passage to Asia with the same client

today feeling like a sunday

jes had some royal castle to come off d diwali fasting - it taste best

at d chaguanas medford branch they selling so much had to wait for chicken to fry fuss ppl buying big boxes to carry home ... :lol:

i eh really fast this year , pops die 3 months ago so no diwali celebrations for my family

my wife and her family was fasting for a 2 -3 weeks so...i fast divali day alone and today because i eh get any meat to eat

shark and bake tmr for sure

know how long i feeling for a shark and bake
