Apple has a nicer flavour i find, cherry does give a richer colour, but both similar in terms of flavour, mild and sweet and fruity.

I does mix them, half and half

Lunch:
Left overs from paul grant's meat lovers special.

Got 4 ribeyes and 4 sides
I damage 1 & 3/4 steaks, wifey damage 1.
Had the left overs for lunch.

Steaks were actually cooked properly this time. Ordered medium, got exact medium.
Usually they either overcook or undercook them.

Dinner: rice, redbean, curry-stew cow's tail

I ran out of both pepper sauce and green seasoning yesterday- so first plan today was to make some more...of both

While eating all these delicacies we must remember the less unfortunate ones in our midst .There is a family opposite me who has no support and can do with some nice food on a Sunday. Instead of overeating, share with others.
