Smoked baby back ribs with Johnnie Walker BBQ sauce, rustic mashed potatoes, smoked garlic bread, green salad of arugula, Chinese cabbage, strawberries and parmesan cheese with balsamic vinaigrette. Drinks were virgin mimosas ( Pellegrino and orange juice)
Desert will be later, have a sea salt caramel cake in the oven will do a five finger jam in the middle with a caramel cream cheese frosting and chocolate milkshakes. Celebrating a family achievement

That's actually where the idea came from, was gonna bake a chocolate cake and passed in Massy and saw the sea-salt caramel one, decided to make one instead and created a recipe, honestly it's one of the moistest cakes I've done, I'll be adding it to my arsenal, will post a pic later .
