Garlic Chili bake chicken , Lamb & vegetable shepherd's pie , moroccan roast potatoes , corn soup, sautéed string beans in garlic with jumbo shrimp, boil corn with butter, green salad with avocado and beets, fresh guava - pineapple juice and carrot cake with coffee.

nothing wrong with tripe- just not with rice and dhal, rice and hoisin/oyster is good with some steamed egg on the side
