Do you normally get a cadastral map when you get the registered deed or is it something i have to apply for elsewhere?

The deed sometimes comes with a cadastral map. This only happens if at some point, a licensed land surveyor surveyed the parcel(s) described in the schedule and this was given to the lawyer during the conveyancing process.

They dont always come with a map as it is not mandatory in most cases. The land described in the schedule is usually referenced to a plan that you might not even have access to, it might cross reference with this http://www.kmsland.com/pfolio/index.htm link but unless you ask for it in Town & Country, you eh getting it.

Looking for some advice, what’s the difference in cost with nuwave vs corrugated galvanize? Looking to cut some costs on my roof, was wondering if places cut the regular galvanize to specific lengths

Yea

Any of them named roofing places can cut to size.

The corrugated is cheaper

I was told by an insurance agent that it will not be covered or if it is the insurance cost will increase,

my whole 2 story building is pvc all over, we have insurance normal

and we did alot of pvc ceiling installs in many government buildings, churches, temples, army barracks, schools etc,houses.....

no issues with insurance

Yea

The corrugated is cheaper

For the same gauge of metal, corrugated galvanised roof sheeting is actually stronger than the Nuwave type roof sheeting.

Ok thanks, looking to also use the reverse nuwave alternative to the under ceiling also as a cost saver if possible

Why don't you call Varma Steel to see if the Snap Seam 300 II under-ceiling is cheaper than the Rev Nu Wave? Or is it you already have the Nu Wave panels and want to use them for something?

No I don’t actually, was told that it’s cheaper than the under ceiling, I’d give them a call tommow then and ask about it. Thanks a lot

Wow, I rarely come across ones who charge for a site visit, a lot of them even give free estimates

Cool thx for the advice but I'm not affected by the flooding, the land higher than the road.
