Flow at $142 - 5mb down, 5mb up.
Amplia at $175 - 15mb down, 7.5mb up.
I'm just looking for a cheap internet provider for a house.Dizzy28 wrote:The_Honourable wrote:adnj wrote:I have a question: which provider has the least expensive plan for internet only? Speed, data caps and contract length don't matter.

Seeing as he mentioned data caps and contracts I assumed he was speaking of mobile data.

EFFECTIC DESIGNS wrote:Flow has by far the cheapest internet plan @ $142 a month for 5MB that is even cheaper than most first world countries.
In stark contrast Digicel cheapest plan is $300 a month, that is a big failure.

location......not seeing any new network on my endmaj. tom wrote:So who else is suddenly seeing an open network called "Flow Wi-Fi" in their house?
My 5GHz band keeps dropping. Turned off the Connect Box, the open wifi disappeared. Turned it back on, it came back. Used a wifi scanner app on my phone, the band is the same as my current 5GHz band. I changed my band to 161, the "Flow Wi-Fi" open network suddenly appears on that band as well.
So what going on? This only happened after rebooting my modem last night. I am guessing that FLOW sent a firmware update and this nonsense started when there was a reboot. Is this a Flow plan? To use people modems to create an open Flow Wi-Fi network across the country? The open network uses your FLOW ID to connect to the internet.
