Does anyone here import seeds?

I am checking johnnyseeds.com but they are not shipping some products internationally even tho skybox address is in miami

reason being is that skybox (websource) requesting that i have an import permit (which i have) and a phytosanitary certificate from the supplier - johnnyseeds.com ( $125 USD)

i know thats the process but are there any other sites that charge less for the phyto cert??

what sites do you use?? whats your process??

Guys, apart from the courses the Ministry has, are there any other bodies that offer agri courses like say the pepper/tomato production and budding/grafting etc? Even if they are paid courses I'd really like to find out.

Requesting some assistance...

I am totally fed up of this particular weed grass...
Gramoxone, Swiper etc not killing it.
All the other types of grass are dead in a few hours after spraying... except this type.
He survives and then overpopulates the areas where the other types of grass used to live.

Can anyone suggest a spray chemical to destroy it..
I don't care to ever grow anything in this soil... only want to kill all the grass.
Hoping to concrete it soon.

Thanks

1. Put holes in the bottom of an empty tender coconut.
2. Fill it with mud and plant the seeds in the coconut.
3. Plant the coconut in the ground. The holes in the coconut help the roots to grow without any obstruction.

This eliminates the usage of plastic bags in the nursery and also when the coconut degrades in the soil it provides nutrients and also it retains water for the plant to grow.
