if you decided to remove the clamp by cutting -You would be damaging thier property and should be made to pay them back for a replacement unit which is likely to cost more than the release fee.

If people park like toots and get a ticket/tow/clamp then I dont see why they shouldnt pay the fine- also never understand why people always look for the free/easy way out even it results in someone elses losing out on somthing.

Like 6:45pm last evening, in front of the Court House in Tunapuna, cars parked in a line, one right on the Zebra Crossing

Ironically the Court House is next to the Police Station so bad parking really shouldn't happen there.
Anyhows the whole of Pasea Main Road is No Parking and the section of it directly opposite the Police Station always have cars parked up there to go C&I and the sidewalk cafe there.
