Lets hope the England series can continue without political inteferrence. An association calling them selves the Black Association of Cricket Clubs has come out today against Graeme Smith and the fact the first test has only 1 black player (Philander is counted as coloured which is separate from Black in South Africa).

There supposed to be a quota of two black players minimum.

With such abject attendances last year when India visited I wonder if anyone will even bother to show up to these Ireland matches.

Surely this series will be a loss maker for the WICB as at least India's visit would have bought in lots of TV revenues.
