^The WICB must have made him an offer he couldn't refuse.

^The 20/20 World Cup? According to Andre Errol Baptiste, "D Fearless One" from I95.5, Gayle isn't eligible for that because he didn't play in the regional tournaments. That's according to WICB rules.

If he is selected that could be setting a bad precedent for the younger players in terms of their commitment to regional duty.

Marlon Samuels should have not been picked. Unlike Bravo and Pollard he has a central contract with WICB and still asked for time off to go IPL.

I really hope Gayle destroys England similar to what he's doing now in the IPL.

West Indies bowled out for 147 in a practice match against the England A team. Done in by Swing and Seam.

A sign of things to come in the upcoming matches maybe when they up against Broad, Andersen, Finn and whoever else England feels to give a run.

Gayle is ah MONSTER when it comes to T20 cricket. There isn't any batsman (in T20) to come close to what he does 0X

^Is licks in we arse.

I heard Lara sharing his thoughts about Chanderpaul's batting position. They've stuck him at #5 again. But as the best batsman in the side he should be used further up the order helping to build to good innings rather than coming in later where he's usually involved in doing repair work. Most West Indians save for them experts in charge would agree with those sentiments. But dem know best...:|

In the IPL Narine almost single-handedly destroyed Mumbai taking 4/15. That performance makes him the current top wicket taker for this season... :D

Sunil Narine demolished Mumbai. He himself was bamboozled by his own bowling. When he clean bowled Tendulkar he didn't even know it, he appealed for LBW unaware he disturbed the furniture !!!

Sunil has best economy rate, best strike rate, best average and is the only one of the top 5 bowlers to take a 5 wicket haul. And he's done all that in 2 less games than Morkel. He eh easy at all!

Windies 187/6.........Chanders the only difference between a mediocre score and an okayish score. What will we do when he's gone??
