I'll wait for an official ICC announcement or even an article on Cricinfo rather than an Indian website.
Unless there is a longer vid the one I am seeing on Youtube doesn't show him doing anything that is banned.

Breaking News:

POORAN BANNED FOR 4 T20'S FOR CHEATING!!!!!!

Is that good enough for you now?

Nicholas Pooran banned for four T20Is for ball tampering

West Indies batsman Nicholas Pooran has been banned from four T20Is after being found guilty of attempting to change the condition of the ball during West Indies' third ODI against Afghanistan on Monday.

Pooran admitted the charge, which deals with a breach of level 3 of the ICC's Code of Conduct, and accepted the sanction proposed by match referee Chris Broad. He had violated Article 2.14 of the code, which relates to "changing the condition of the ball" after video footage showed him scratching the surface of the ball with his thumbnail.

The charge was levelled by on-field umpires Bismillah Shinwari and Ahmed Durrani and third umpire Ahmed Pakteen as well as fourth umpire Izatullah Safi.

Pooran will now miss West Indies' three-match T20I series against Afghanistan and the first game of their subsequent three-match series against India. He will also have five demerit points added to his record. The earliest he will be available to play for West Indies is the second T20I against India, on December 8 in Thiruvananthapuram.

Calling his act "an extreme error in judgement", Pooran said he accepted the penalty while promising this incident was a one-off.

"I want to issue a sincere apology to my teammates, supporters and the Afghanistan team for what transpired on the field of play on Monday in Lucknow," Pooran said. "I recognise that I made an extreme error in judgement and I fully accept the ICC penalty. I want to assure everyone that this is an isolated incident and it will not be repeated. I promise to learn from this and come back stronger and wiser."

West Indies had completed a 3-0 sweep against Afghanistan in the ODIs, winning the third game by five wickets with eight balls to spare. Pooran had a successful series with the bat, and was the man of the match in the second ODI for smashing 67 off 50 balls. He was likely to have kept wickets for West Indies in the T20Is, but West Indies have Denesh Ramdin in the 20-overs squad as back-up, and the 34-year-old will now get to add to his 68 T20I caps, the last of which came a year ago, in November 2018.

Smith and Warner didn't do anything physically

Bancroft was the one who actually tampered with the ball

Fans today still revere an entire generation of Pakistani fast bowlers who absolutely massacred the cricket ball to get reverse swing.

Pooran will learn and recover.

But that was chupideeness to the highest level.

Camera are so high tech they can pick up an d MAGNIFY your smallest action on the field.

Everyone will watch hin cokey-eye from now on.

It also brings into question if this was a tactic decided on off-field or if he really acted alone.

Clearly India are the Test team to beat atm. They have a top batting line up that goes deep and a very good fast bowling line of at least 6 from which to choose from (who would think we would be saying that about India) backed up by high quality spinners
To me the key link that they didn't previously utilise fully has been Jadeja. He didn't get a consistent run as they tried all those spinners but he adds a balance that is otherwise missing when he does not play.
He is comfortably their best fielder and his lower order batting is pretty good (bordering on quite decent)
And his bowling is front line quality.

This is interesting

Four officials from a CPL franchise were pulled up by anti-corruption officers during the 2019 season. One of them, thought to be either part of or close to the ownership structure, was the main focus of a report made to anti-corruption officials by a player from the franchise. The man was detained at Trinidad airport, not allowed to travel with the team during the early part of the season and ultimately was asked to leave the tournament.

The individual in question did not make a direct approach to the player who eventually reported him. Instead, ESPNcricinfo understands, the nature of the interactions between them had made the player wary. Sources say that the player believed he was being groomed as someone who could eventually be approached to carry out corrupt activities, which is what led him to reporting him to the anti-corruption authorities...............

India developed a comprehensive system that takes players from grass roots and trains them up to senior level. Thier current fast bowling riches mainly down to the establishment of the MRF pace academy. They got old Aussie pacers to come train their players.

They have also increased the importance of physical fitness to insane levels. Bare backed shots of Kohli, Bumrah etc.shows how lean and muscular they are.

"Andre Russell hails 'sexy' T10 as third edition gets going in Abu Dhabi"
https://www.espncricinfo.com/story/_/id/28088199/andre-russell-hails-sexy-t10-third-edition-gets-going-abu-dhabi

Didn't realise T10 is big thing now - a match supposed to average 90 mins.

Every few years the format getting shorter as peoples' attention span diminishes. That said there must come a point where fans would perceive limited overs as no longer offering value for money. Imagine paying $ 500.00 to see a T1 match...:|
