This Bangladesh NZ match looking like it may end in a real hum dinger.
Ban 173/4 chasing 266 with 14 overs to go and two set batsmen in.

Bangladesh looking like good value for money these days.

Well played Bangladesh. You truly deserved your place in this tournament.

Now, if only England beat Australia tomorrow ....

So at 18 years old, Rashid Khan has the best strike rate and bowling average and fourth best bowling figures in ODIs. Well done

Well the subcontinental teams made up 50% (4/8) teams in the tournament.

The odds were in their favour moving forward just from a numbers perspective.

The point is most ppl had only India moving forward from the subcontinent teams.
The four favoured teams were India, Aus, Eng and SA but the rain had a say in the Aus matches and well SA just choked again.

^ I will never write Pakistan off nah. The difference between them and WI is that WI consistent as a poor team. Pakistan is mercurial and can be the best on their day.

For some reason they have always been this way even when they had Younis, Akram and the Miandads in their team.

The English appeared disinterested today.
I wonder if they were in some way affected by the terrible fire.
The polished approach just wasn't there.
