Most obvious reason would be they wouldn't want to face Herath on a 4th innings pitch.
Then they probably think the fast bowlers need a rest up. m

They already batting 75/3...not enforcing did not make sense to me...if they lose or draw this game that would be a shame..

Not enforcing it was the right move imo. Wear them down in the morning then pounce on them..like what was done in the first innings.

Batting last on that pitch is pain...hopefully it works in windies favour

Enforcing makes sure u keep the pressure on...not enforcing is opening yourself up for a lost or draw....enforcing gives u a high probability of winning..... whatever it is though...i hope wi win this

Yea until lunch.. look for 450 lead or more and declare a little into the lunch break...or before the lunch break...don't want them too fresh when they bat

West Indies is one shyt side yes. They bowl still Lanka out for under 200 , have a lead of more than double that which they bowled them out for and eh declare yet ? Seems the skipper lacks confidence in his 4 pronged pace attack ???? Look sharp, rain fall tmre and save sri Lanka from a defeat .......steups.

Given his troubles with stress fractures of the back and remodeled action I thought he did pretty well to even have played international cricket. His figures aren't horrible compared to the rest of fast bowlers we had at the same time. The injuries troubles turned him into a workhorse from being a 90mph tearaway.

This match came on TV. ESPN Caribbean. That ground looked real small.
