what 'south' people like more than cricket is money. and unless all of us can sell doubles, alloo pie, anchar at the stadium, the highway would do much more to light up our eyes blue.
so, given the choice, we would prefer the highway... so we could earn money morning and evening monday to saturday, and then take een a lil cricket on a sunday... possibly sell a few doubles there too one time.

At Thursday’s Post Cabinet Media Briefing he said Cabinet has approved several packages for work on the highway, which are available for tender from local contractors.
Government will be utilizing the money that it recovered from the standby letters of credit in the litigation with OAS to continue the work on the Point Fortin Highway.
