Cost for at home personal trainer

Postby Devourment » April 4th, 2012, 11:19 am

I'm looking to find a personal trainer for my mom and aunt.

They both have basic gym equipment at home and would prefer the trainer come home by them. I'd prefer to get a female trainer for them for safety concerns, however reputable male trainers

What kind of cost am I looking at?

Morning time, 1hr of training or so, 3 days a week.

varies greatly....very expensive to have a qualified trainer to come over and chances are the trainer might end up screwing the trainees as seen in porn movies.

u should consider getting a home series such as the P90X. it has different routines for different goals and it uses little or no equipment. works good 2.

They've tried gyms, P90X etc....as well as a trainer in the gym....getting results, but not what they really want.

They need someone to push and motivate them, someone with experience as well as diet plans etc.

They will to pay, but I just need to get an idea of an average cost for these kinds of professional services.

Just got a quote for $250 a session for house calls, 2nd additional person is $200, third is $150 etc.

Meaning if my mom and aunt want to train 3 days a week for a month with this guy, it'll cost $5,400....

is that too much? He says a session is up to 2 hours and includes stretching and muscle massages.
