A wet paper towel works great too

But the roti tends to get stiff still.

Best re-heat i ever did was in a metal colander over a pot of simmering water.
The steam heats up the roti really good and it remains soft.
U need to allow the roti to come to almost room temp tho. So you can seperate it. Or microwave lightly until it seperates easily.

Thanks- Did half on the tawa & the other half microwave. The microwave method gave a nice initial texture but got hard like bigstone once cooled, the tawa method gave it a slight crisp but once wrapped in grease-proof & foil with a splash of water softened up nicley.

I hadda crack making paratha as its one of the few 'breads' I struggle with- new Kitchenaid artisan may or may not help.
