Whats the best way to reheat some paratha...not frozen just in the fridge overnight.

put in the oven on a low heat.. microwaving doesn't cut it.

Sprinkle a little water over the entire surface first. Prevents it from drying out too much when reheated. Works wonders on bread as well.

Yup, sprinke with some water.
wrap in a couple damp paper towels, the thick kind.
Eat as soon as it's finished. Keeps it soft, but when it gets cold, that's it.

You can even bake a potato by wrapping it in damp heavy paper towels and putting it in the microwave for 2-3mins

Spread it out in a plate and put a wet paper towel to cover everything.
Microwave for like only 1min and it should be good.

use the Bounty brand paper towels. They're better than Scott. They're 2 to 3 times more expensive than the local made too, but for good reason.

Mesquite and hickory are much more pungent than the fruit woods
Can’t get locally either
I presently using orange tree which is nice and not overly strong
Bamboo is a very nice one to try also
