Used to have sleep paralysis when I used to sleep deprive myself and overdose on caffeine pills.. Scary cuz I was awake for minutes and couldn't move at all.. Used to see spiders on the wall and thing.. First time it freaked me out first time, I knew what I was seeing wasn't real the second time. Was norms after.. Didn't happen much.. When I started getting back regular sleep and cut the stims I never got it back

When I found out what I was experiencing wasn't nothing more than a natural phenomenon that's all up inside my head, It no longer frightened me and pretty soon it stopped happening.

I get sleep paralysis a couple times a month actually. Still scares me though. A few times trying to pull myself out of it I woke up with my entire face hurting and stuff.

there used to be this black creature that comes through my window, with glowing eyes.
I used to feel it come on the bed and settle between my legs and sleep.

Sleep paralysis happened to me twice. Not fun.

When you lying down in bed and wake up in the middle of the night. telling your body to move even an muscle and it ignoring you totally, is a real scary feeling.

Use to happen a lot to me. The last time I saw blood falling from the ceiling. Was tired of it , fought it off, got off my bed and its never happened since.

seen all sorts of crap...........insects etc.............worst was wakin up and seeing a bloated corpse hanging from a noose next tot he bed, watching me..........scared the bejeezus outta me for about 10 seconds, then thought 'aaah fcuk thisshit' and went back to sleep

this happened to me when we have a tough time at work, and like the will power to move the muscles just isn't enough. it moves some time later.

the worst was when i flew off the bed because i was late for work, but a leg was still asleep. is like, i pushed off of the bed with a speed, and the other that was supposed to be the next in the stride just did not support my weight. i thought i was supposed to move forward but i went down instead, like a lunge into a forward fall.

me and my body need to have a serious talk.

Used 2 happen 2 me sum yrs ago...ev1 i mentioned it 2 said it was a jumbie...had me runnin around like a clown 2 this pundit and that pandit...had me bathin in all kinda potion...when u scared, u'l do anything... until i jus got fed up and said 'fack dis sheit' and it jus stopped after a while...
