What is surprising is that the Phoenix Plant was actually installed partially to assist with the management ot entrained liquids and it seems as if things over the last 2 years or so have gone out of 'wack'.
The 'incident' experienced this morning if true means we are entering a particularly troubling phase of our gas condition and $ losses and disruptions are going to increase.
This same situation arose in the mid 80's and claims were flying between NGC and customers on a regular basis.
What is obvious break downs in the efficiency of service providers is becomung a norm, tele in a mess, water in a mess and now energy supplies could become difficult to sustain at approp. levels of efficiency.
In the face of global economic challenges T&T seems to be unable to get up to speed to mount a fight for survival.
Whilst Rome on fire all man-jack seem to be playing with fire-works!
