Jan vs March pics, 10lbs less, 1-2" less waist

stopped eating 2-3 roti during the week and you can see the cycling tan, lol

I only lift twice a week, but different body parts so entire body lifts once a week

^ using it presently, its not really hardcore compared to assault or hyde which is way more stronger and gives nice constant energy and pump with no crash.....the only thing with those is that i cannot sleep till the weee hrs of the morning.....so i stopped

The C4, its decent...nice tingly feeling after about 15mins....but not as potent over say 1.5hrs imo... i use between 2-3scoops
but i am able to sleep at nights which is really good for me so i work with it

if u live around uwi and want a couple scoops to try hit me a pm

Not bad.

Lots of posers though. Just a few serious men. Some nice shaped penal baytees too.

Lots of equipment and almost everything new.
Nice ambiance and most of the crowd clear out by 7pm.

Looking for ah gymbro.
Would like to chat and train with some of allyuh beasts.

Alright , let talks pro hormones.

Background : Indian decent , age 30 , working out for the last 6 years on a regular basis (the last 3 were consistent at least 4 days a week every month for the last 32 months )

I eat relatively clean when the aim is to cut and i track my macros / micros appropriately when i am eating excess cals to gain mass.

My current weight is 170 , bf 18% ...body looks acceptable except for my stomach.

I recently did a test which shows my test is below average , my gains have slowed down alot over the last yr ...i have broken out of plateau many times before so i know its not that....i believe my gains are slowing and im not seeing the real progress i should because of my hormone levels. (PS although i have low T my bedroom life is normel ...sex almost daily with no issues whatsoever..go figure...i would think low T affects performance)

I am seriously considering supplementing with pro hormones as i want to be about 180 with 10% bf but I am very very skeptical of long term effects on my body.

Any tuners willing to give advise? I know its a bit Taboo , i have trained "natural" all my life and always said i would never even consider pro hormones / roids. But after the low T issue im really considering it.

Let a doctor recommend and monitor what to use...pro homes have real side effects...bess you use the real deal.

bike2nr, at 30 years old your test shouldnt be significantly low, you should see a doctor with your results and let them get it up to normal levels before you decide to jump into it on your own.

In the same boat as bike2nr. My test was 186 when the normal range for my age (29), is 250 - 1000. Doc says I have 3 options:

(1) get a shot every 3 mths at 700/shot.
(2) Stuff like androgel ( which he doesn't really prefer)
(3) zinc supplementation with heavy lifting.

Ive been doing number 3 with zinc picolinate but my energy levels etc still low. I havent retested yet though. I`v also been cutting my calories for about the last 6 weeks, nice visible difference now.

Anyone cutting I highly recommend milled flax seed. That keeps me full pretty well. I paid 58 dollars for a 2lb bag in Pricesmart.

When do leg press I feel my lower back raising off of the seat...depending on feet position I can stimulate my quads a lot.

Squats...my favorite exercise...I go to parallel or slightly under and get the same activation of my quads but also that there gluteus maximus DOMS :D

I personally prefer low bar squats.

squats > every other exercise.

i have massive thighs, can run/walk/bike with excellent stamina plus carry heavy stuff. It's a very useful exercise to do

Freal.

Squats > leg press.

I'm not good at squats, i can squat 2 45lb plates but only if someone spotting me.

for some reason i'm afraid to add weights and go deep without assistance.

i'm afraid i hit the sticking point and wont come up.

anyways for chest building in bench press wide grip or narrow grip?

Wide hits chest more than triceps, narrow is the inverse.
