Just stick with progressive overload and eating a bit more. My bench is my weakest lift and I've been progressing steadily with it...I'm 5repping 220lbs now.

strongman bodybuilder types fail bad in hardcore
you need functional strength and aerobic fitness to finish the races

^Not all though. Some manage to maintain the balance while training. For the most part though them fellas with only mass will fail hard.

For hardcore, just focus on running.
You need to outrun your opponents to get to the next obstacle, that's pretty much it.

correct, there is a traffic jam at the obstacles so whoever reach obstacle first or overtakes others to next obstacles has the advantage
hardcore is a good gimmick though

right, u just flash warp thru everything. u need to have a good amount of upperbody strength/endurance and iron will. notice the frame of the two whiteboy triathletes who won it back to back? b/builders, powerlifters, aesthetic mofo's, grizzly bears will more than likely fail or fall wayyy behind. seen it myself!

These are the dudes.

I still maintain that you need to focus on running. If I were to do hardcore again, I would only do running and not train for the obstacles like I did.

Watching what going on in here. Everyone into plain muscle building / weight loss?

Anyone into running?

Have one man at the gym already so I have a company but need a treadmill partner. Might venture into some light weight lifting to tone up the arms and shoulders.

Things quiet, wanna get some bropinions. Plenty good articles on BB.com but if you take all seriously, you might end up with a 500 supp stack, because everything good for something.

So I have some Q's for my brosephs.
To avoid branding/advertising issues, you can generalize.

What is your current supplement stack?
What is your goal?
What would you remove from the stack?
What would you add?

My stuff
Current stack:
Whey/Casein Blend
Multi
Creatine
Preworkout
BCAA

Goal:
Shred BF to 10-12%

What would I remove:
Probably BCAA as I get enough from food and whey.

What would I add:
Glutamine
Glucosamine
EFA's or just fish oil
Maybe recovery stuff so I don't feel too smashed the next day.
