Cool story bro, i'm 365 lbs with a 96cm waist, hold on while I upload an arbitrary picture and claim to be that person, because, you know, the internet is the place for honesty, and judging by your posts, a place for pretenders and know-it-alls.

Anyways, I edited most of your reply because you haven't said anything just parroting someone else's BS and the same BS you said before that.

Parroting someone else bs? lord......bro, i prep national competitors for shows and have a LOT of experience with training and the nutrition and chemistry part which is what its really about. Believe me, I am one person who would not be parroting, the biggest names in the country come to me for their prep and advice for them and their athletes. Some of which have won nationals and are competing in CAC and budapest

At the end of the day Daas you are arguing the advantage of supplementing with whey protein against you saying that nobody needs it. The measure of any argument is "results." I do not ever talk like that and am a very humble person but you are just being very haughty and ignorant in your pointless rant so I was just curious to know what you look like and what results you have accumulated through your methods. I talk plain talk and am real about everything.

Testosterone boosters do not work, they are a waste of time and money. Do a survey among your peers and find out how many lbs of muscle any testosterone booster user has gained, or significant strength increase on their test booster cycles. It is always zero, so whats the point?

I have actually put it to the test with bloodwork too and it is failure when compared to the consumers expectations.

2 scoops of whey for the day, one scoop between two meals of choice and one post workout. Nobody is saying to drink all your protein

I for one cannot eat full meals everyday, so a shake now and then helps to get in the requirements.

Took a chance by them a few months back, but after cutting off all the fat & defrosting (there stuff seem to be in cold storage too long, well the packs i saw and got) it was more or less the same amount as the packs i get from price mart. PLUS Price mart breast is cleaner, leaner, very fresh and not overly frozen.

cutting sodium is only if you want to dry out and get a grainy stage-ready look and even when these guys cut sodium and reach that grainy look, they are cramping up every minute, this is possibly the most unhealthy stage of a contest prep and this is the point when the athlete himself is at his weakest. Sodium intake has nothing to do with fat loss or fat gain, only carbs, calories and actual fats.

At the end of the day, salt does not have any caloric value that would hinder you from burning fat nor would it make you store fat.

The only thing you need to clean up from your diet if trying to effectively lose fat are simple carbs and saturated fats.

Fasted cardio on a morning with coffee is a really good way to target fat loss, some people also use ventolin with their fasted cardio to accelerate the fat burning. Sip on aminos during your fasted cardio to feed the muscle tissue and target mainly fat cells.

moderate carbs, higher fat, protein 1.5g x bw.
I count calories/macros.
I do lots of volume when it comes to lifting when cutting so i dont have to do boring ass cardio.
I may end up doing 22-25 sets per body part. Lots of super sets, drop sets and keep intensity high.
I dont do drastic cuts i just go 300cals under maintenance. Its always easier to cut when you have some muscle underneath. YOu drop fat faster and the muscle shows up quicker than having nothing to cut down to and having to drop to eating 1500cals and cutting till 150lbs LOL manlets. I currently cut at 2800 cals, maintain at 3000-3300cals, do controlled bulks at 3600 cals.

I never understood guys who already 150-160lbs and want to cut, like wtf are you cutting to? bone? build some muscle first.

Looking to buy a Home Gym set up (beginner). Not seeing many places selling these.
Saw Kenny's with a York 3000 and a York 3301 that looks interesting but wanted some reviews/advice.
I am not sure where to check for Home Gym equipment like this locally.
Can anyone give advice on these or better ones?

What abt fabricating a power rack and buy a bar and weights little by little? Im sure that home gym would run out of resistance as u grow stronger!

what he said ....
the weight stack on those are minimal at best
if you're serious very quickly the weight won't be enough
