Natty Test boosters don't work enough to make a difference, maybe if you're on PCT.

On leg day i use flat/hard sole shoes (Like my soccer indoor boots) or barefoot depending on the workout
Other days any sneaker is fine really .

Guys what's the best way to loose weight and become more fit and healthy? In other words, what type of foods to keep away from apart from flour and sugar? Plan to join a gym.

boy just be more aware about your diet and eating habits.....eat the fats & oils, sugary foods in moderation, less carbs etc

instead of eating 2 and 3 doubles....i eat one.....i put ice in soft drink or drink soda water....fried foods in moderation
lift heavy with ur cardio in between.....

You have to work hard, no short cuts to loosing fat and becoming healthy....eat better, exercise and supplement. It's that simple!

Seeing a lot of guys talking about Mass Gainers.

Wouldn't this add a lot of fat over time? How would a proper diet look with the inclusion of this supplement?

These need to be monitored along with your daily macros to gain mass/muscle etc....if it's getting you fat then your intake is too high, some use it to bulk and then cut....but you have to monitor your caloric intake of face a fat gain

that over priced bro, if you looking for protein use the normal ON Gold Standard or PS Whey.....nothing beats food, nuts etc but nothing wrong with drinking a lean protein for gainz

Pricesmart has the breakstone brand, lower in sodium but lil higher in fat and tastes better imho
Massy, Xtra foods and the rest usually have the Axelrod brand, lower in fat but tastes too salty

the supermarkets usually have the regular almond butters in the "organic lanes". the ones with the protein you can get at most supplement stores.

Anyone know where has the schiek nylon lifting belts in Trini? I have used a valeo leather belt for about 6 years now but i need a new belt. Tried the schiek and it felt alot more solid and supportive than my valeo.

Only place i saw it was bodyglow but they don't have small.

Started gym two month ago, think I'm doing ok. Getting more definitions, back coming in okay, my arms not so much but I'm not worried.

Surprising myself with my diet and how well I'm sticking to it:

Breakfast: Steel cut oats, banana, protein shake, two slices deli lean turkey
Mid morning snack is usually some fruits, including strawberries.
Lunch: brown rice, salmon, veggies
3 - 4pm meal: Veggies & some kind of meat, usually beef or pork
Dinner: Sweet potatoes, watercress or veggies and usually chicken breast.
Right before bed: 1 protein shake.
To tell you the truth, I'm not sure how many grams of macros these meals add up to because I can't track the meats.
Taking my multivitamins
Keeping a structured workout routine with push, pull & legs every other day.
The only problem is I go gym at 2am and by the time I'm home at 4am need to organize everyone for school/work so I don't go back to bed till 10pm or so that night. So I think sleep is my biggest problem.

Had a bad leg day this morning. Couldn't finish my squats. IncreAsed my resistance by 5 lbs today & couldn't complete it. So I removed it to go back to my previous resistance & couldn't muster the energy. Thing got me discouraged.

Don't get discouraged over one day. There will be times when workouts you normally ace, will be tough to do, but grind it out and push on.
