I use Wellman multivitamin. I think there is a Wellwoman as well.

Look at the nutritional values and compare with other multivitamins before you buy if you can. It's a little bit pricey compared to other MV's but has just about all the RDV's that you need for most micronutrients.

Take with a meal though. I've gotten nausea and what felt like heartburn after taking it on an empty stomach.

PS, missing breakfast not that bad... missing lunch either once you tailor your diet to suite. Check out intermittent fasting and OMAD (one meal a day) diets.

First thing I usually eat is lunch at midday to 1pm ish. The amount of confusion people does see is staggering. It works damn well for me too.

Just wanted advice on something.
As a slightly overweight person, if i replace at least 1 or 2 of my meals a day with a protein shake along with light exercise, would i lose weight?

To lose weight calculate how many calories you eat per day currently with your current meals (google "calorie calculator" or use an app. This is the "maintenance calories". This means if you eat this amount every day you will not gain or lose weight. Now that you have that number, everyday you will now eat 500 calories less than that number, track your weight weekly and when you stop losing weight then decrease the new number by 500 again and repeat.

Split up your current meals (lets say 3) into smaller meals and cut out sugar from your diet as best as possible. Drink at least 3-4L of water a day and do High Intensity Weight Training (Google a program). Dont waste your time with threadmills and cardio equipment. The only cardio you should be doing is running/sprinting on the ground/grass or jogging. Be consistent and track your calories and you will lose weight.

Example: If you currently eat 3 meals a day, each meal is about 1000 calories. Then your maintenance is 3000 calories. Since you need to lose weight --> 3000 - 500 = 2500 calories

Your new required amount = 2500, split that up into 5 meals, so you know now that you need 5 meals total to obtain that 2500 calories.

Eat as clean as possible and make sure you have protein in your diet. Save your money and dont waste your time with protein shakes/powder unless you dont have the time. Tuna and Chicken is better quality. Aim for at least 0.5-1g of protein per lb of bodyweight. Keep your carbs as clean as possible (Sweet potato/plantains/Rice/Pasta/Provision etc)

I brought down a concept 2 rowing machine two months ago
been using it once/twice a week. Fantastic piece of equipment almost cult like worldwide too

it is an excellent cardivascular workout using many body parts.
I do a lot of road cycling and had stopped gym strength stuff and was beginning to realise the lack of utilizing other body parts. Gonna start more core type exercises also.

Look into Versa Gripp Pro , allows for a faster setup on deadlifts and other rowing exercises and is extremely comfortable . I got mine at bodybyimran
