go to Licensing pay your $100 and apply for a certified copy, you'll have that info in a few hours, hope you made a report to the police as well and inform your insurance company

i think he drink and feel he owns the road.......he came on my side, hit the car and drive...he just met the wrong person......have some info on him already....
