Saw dust, dats wat i use it may b a bit soft if ur a advance boxer. Get sum huge crocus bags filled dem up, pass by a saw mill or so.

according to the type of bag, gravel/sand maybe to heavy an cause bag to fail prematurely. Also if your a novice u mite damage urself as well as sand/gravel makes bag very hard.

shredded rubbers... lol.. shredded rubber... tubing, tyres, u hadda pack and compress it and pack it and compress it and pack it and compress it.. c'mon! put ur back into it !!

sand gets rock hard in the bag when its suspended and this damages ur wrists.

Get married to a beti, and drink puncheon after work then go home.

Pros- these bags rejuvenate themselves.
