my opinions shared, were just that, opinions. i spoke with other participants at the briefing meeting yesterday who shared similar sentiments. i have no problem with the event, its organizers or their rules, its a new event type and rules and regulations will be refined hopefully in the future, i applaud any effort that can allow me seat time!

i thought +5seconds to be a ridiculous penalty. its now reduced to +2seconds. i'm still unsure as to how exactly acceptable degrees of sliding will be determined on the day, but i'm glad that hefty penalty was reconsidered.

^^yup...this is the new modified version of the course since no one liked my previous spaghetti course lol...we had to shorten it to get it down to a 50-60 sec course...please remember we will have the water truck on standby to help the Gymkhana Style of driving!!

Looking to be a full filled event. glad that once again, we cud dialogue and have things tweaked to meet needs and wants of the organizing body as well as the drivers, keeping in mind spectators. Good job

if the rave area is the tent in the south west corner and alco is not allowed in the pit, do you pass between the pit and the track or to the south of the pit to / from the main bar?

The strictly no alcohol in the pits policy is only for the drivers competing...they will also have different wrist bands to spectators to easily identify them. There will be a few spots available for spectators to park in the pits but preference will be given to competitors with more than one pit vehicle for a cost...$25 for competitors and $40 for spectators..

I would like to thank Jaysur Mgt for the opportunity to experience this new event which was indeed a crowd please-er, and also received the stamp of approval from all that participated. Upon observing the infrastructure and logistics that was in place in relation to the cost per the event this, is now understandable and should be accepted.

Praises to Autosport that also took a gamble in the unknown and different displaying their attitude of versatility in Motorsport development. Some of us have our eye on cost without regard to price to keep this sport alive without Ministerial and Governing body support, remember this the next time the few that called the organizers and start cussing.

Great event. Congrats to all the winners, alot of close racing yesterday.

The Jetta transmission definitely did not like those slides ... played havoc with the gear selection all day.

Overall, had fun, and a nice end to the year. Hope to see more like these. May have to bring the RAV4 next time

Razkal, I was present yesterday, but remained in spectator seating, fortunately I arrived some time before you hit the barrel. I must say you drove well and seemed to have conformed to the day's requirements to display some sliding ability, an RB engine in a light RWD first gen, you should have had no problems. No apologizes were necessary, we good, however, if your quiet respectful persona is observed as it was, please always let it be reflected here as is the company you also keep.

You have a gentleman for a sponsor and well respected in the industry this is motivation enough. All the best.
