Suggestions for a Gran Turismo 6 local Championship Competit

Postby DEVI » February 4th, 2014, 4:53 pm

So.. We have had one competition night a couple weeks ago...16 competitors and a few limers all met at Nitro restaurant and bar and at the end of the night Kristian Boodoosingh came out on top

We are looking to start a 7 round competition maybe 2 weeks after Carnival...it will be at different locations such as someones garage or at a sports bar like Nitro...official Sponsors so far are Trinituner.com and Zorce Racing magazine

When possible we will try to Network and have at least 4 cars in one race...if not revert to arcade mode...start the night with qualifying rounds...maybe 2 races...then seed the drivers and start a knockout...at least 2 races in each round...

Wish I had been able to make it to the first one. It's a great idea just is a lot of work to move around seats, tvs etc. If you could find somewhere with like 4 tvs that could be used it would be better than a few guys risking their expensive equipment.

we are trying to keep the tracks short and down to 3 laps initially in the competition to allow for more competitors to have a chance each race event.

i have a few suggestions :

-1st race before championship begins should be kicked off with a judges battle

-then first round could be stock car , stock tires etc

-each round after should be something more challenging

-1/4 final maybe could be GT500

-semi final formula 1

-Final round Rally Trinidad 2014 , i could probably build the rally track if needed
