To everyone who we have not yet had the opportunity to meet, and collect payments for pre-registration, ... no need to panic - we've received all your messages and calls, once you've whatsapped, texted or messaged us concerning the event - that means you've been pre-registered and listed...
PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE AT THE GATES, so no worries...
to EVERYONE who have not yet pre-registered, but would like to take part in the event... we do have parking spots available still, so you can pay $200 per spot @ the gates, 5 cars and over - $100 per spot for the day... those interested in tents, $350. per tent for day... we have a few available still. please call 298-8400 asap to book your tent...

GATES LOCK OFF STRICTLY AT 4PM... we kindly ask everyone to be parked before that time, or you will not be able to participate in the event... this is to ensure order and a controlled environment... and to allow the photographers to have a good opportunity for proper coverage and photos. GATES OPEN AT 11am... the earlier you can park, the better...
