what ever became of the bottle tax law to encourage bottle collection that the govt initiated ?

Law didn't pass in the House of Representatives. They making changes to come back again.

plenty rain dis morning- was wondering if city gate had flood out and I would have to call d office & say I couldnt come in - sadly it didn't
