El Chapo tells ISIS his men will destroy them

By Laura Italiano

December 10, 2015 | 2:44pm

The world’s most wanted drug lord has declared war on the Islamic State, promising the terror group’s leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, that his narcotics cartel will wipe them off the planet.

“My men will destroy you,”’ El Chapo huffs to the ISIS leader in an encrypted email that was leaked to a cartel-linked blogger in Mexico.

News of the threat, purportedly issued from wherever El Chapo is hiding since busting out of a Mexican prison in July, was first reported in the US by cartelblog.com.

El Chapo — real name Joaquin Guzman, leader of the Sinaloa Cartel — is not incensed at ISIS being a vile, bloodthirsty death cult. Instead, the renegade drug lord is angry that ISIS destroyed one of his drug shipments somewhere in the Middle East.

“You [ISIS] are not soldiers,” El Chapo huffs in the leaked email, according to cartelblog.com.

“You are nothing but lowly p-ssies. Your god cannot save you from the true terror that my men will levy at you if you continue to impact my operation.”

The evil international overlord trash talk continues:

“My men will destroy you. The world is not yours to dictate. I pity the next son of a wh-re that tries to interfere with the business of the Sinaloa Cartel. I will have their heart and tongue torn from them.”

The Sinaloa Cartel has been trying to make inroads in the Middle East, which has a burgeoning party drug scene enjoyed by oil-rich royals and executives, the blog notes.

“As drugs are not a part of the organizational ideology for a Muslim state, ISIS fighters have been destroying shipments of drugs from the cartels,” the blog says.

Re: ISIS in T&T?

Postby TriP » April 16th, 2016, 7:26 am

The state has information that over 400 T&T nationals - men, women and children - have gone to Syria and undergone military training and indoctrination with the Islamic State (Isis) and have been radicalised, Opposition MP Roodal Moonilal revealed yesterday.

“Government has information on the most significant security threat facing T&T and our generation - the threat of Isis infiltrating the Caribbean and T&T. What are you doing about it?” Moonilal asked in Parliament.

Speaking during debate on legislation to amend the Strategic Services Agency (SSA) to deepen local intelligence capabilities, Moonilal challenged Government to comment on information coming to hand that Government has received intelligence on the stockpiling of weapons in T&T and threats to the State.

“What are you doing with it - act on it the intelligence,” he said.

Moonilal held up a thick sheaf of documents to support his revelations. The Oropouche East MP noted that last Friday in Parliament, Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley had acknowledged some T&T nationals had gone to Syria where Isis was active and have returned and are now under surveillance.

He called on Government to say what was being done on policies to handle such returning nationals. He indicated one option was creating criminal offences to charge people involved in financing such travel. He noted that T&T had once banned Stokely Carmichael and CLR James for ideology.

Calling for investigation of the current situation and policies to deal with it, he said people who have gone to Isis and become indoctrinated and radicalised pose a clear and present danger to the state.

The T&T Guardian has also obtained part of a file - 50 pages long - from a top-level police agency, which lists “T&T citizens who have left the country and journeys to Syria which align themselves with the Islamic State terrorist group”.

The file features the names, sex, date of birth, last known local address of each person and date of their departure, date of arrival, their status (whether confirmed in Syria) and a photograph of them. Departures range between 2013 and 2015. The list comprises 32 males, 30 females and 40 children.

The adult males in this listing are largely of Afro T&T descent between the ages of 30 to the 50s.

The women—most wearing hijabs —are also largely of Afro T&T descent, bearing Muslim names and ranging age between the 30 to 40 age group. The children, however, range in ages from two years to 16 years. This list comprises boys and girls, some mere tots, and babies.

Some of the adults are described as being affiliated to Rio Claro and Enterprise mosques.

The list starts with Shane Dominic Crawford, aka Abdullah, whose address was listed as Wallerfield. It states his status was “confirmed as being in Syria.”

Anthony Hamlet, of Rio Claro, who was confirmed as being in Syria, was listed as having died in battle.

One Clint Crawford, of Cunupia, was listed as being in Egypt, “but went to Syria and underwent jidhadist training.”

The list stated Algernon Fareed Mustapha was confirmed in Syria “and died in battle in the second week of July 2015”.

Also described as being “killed in battle” is Sean Bartholomew, aka “Shabazz”, of Lower Santa Cruz. He left for Syria via Suriname.

Osayaba Abayomi Abdullah Muhammed, of Belmont, was listed as departing for Syria via London with unconfirmed reports of being “killed in battle.”

Shawn Parsons, of D’abadie, was listed as reportedly killed also. Ticket information was that he passed through London, Dubai and Manila to reach Syria.

Tariq Abdul Haqq, of Arouca, was listed as departing for Syria via Barbados and was “reportedly killed.”

A Cocoyea Village, San Fernando man was listed as being in Egypt, “from where he is expected to travel to Syria via Turkey.” An Aranguez man was listed as reportedly being in Syria having initially left for Egypt.

The list included three Central women - a mother and two daughters - described as having returned to T&T after being detained at a refugee camp in Turkey. (That group was featured in media reports recently).

A Chagaunas woman was listed as being deported from Venezuela and being detained since 2014, but who was also confirmed as “being in Syria,”

Among the children, one Cunupia eight-year-old of East Indian descent was believed to be in the UK,” having transited through Curacao”.

A similar description was given for a 26-year-old from Cunupia and a 10-year-old East Indian girl of Cunupia, a six-year-old boy from the same place plus a couple from Cunupia. Two Rio Claro children, ages five and two, were listed as having departed with a female and male for Frankfurt, Germany, via Tobago and Barbados with the final destination “believed to be Syria via Turkey.” The pictures show a chubby, smiling baby and toddler. Several other couples are described as taking that same route also.

Two other boys from Rio Claro were described as having departed to Germany via Barbados with Turkey as the final destination. A couple is also listed with these little boys.

A 12-year-old boy of Santa Cruz is listed as leaving for Syria via Suriname along with a four-year-old girl and two women.

A Geoffrey Street, Diego Martin woman was confirmed in Syria, as was a Longdenville, Chaguanas woman, an eight-year-old boy, 14-year-old youth and a six-year-old and seven-year-old, both of Rio Claro.

A Trincity six-year-old was said to have departed to Syria via London and a man of Maloney Gardens was listed as departing to Syria via Curacao. A woman and two boys from Trincity was also listed as going to Syria via London.

A Rio Claro couple and three-year-old boy went to Syria via Guyana and a 13-year-old Longdenville boy is confirmed as being in Syria.

A six-year-old boy was also confirmed as having arrived in Turkey while a Cunupia couple were also confirmed as having arrived there along with two eight and seven-year-old boys.

A Don Miguel Road, San Juan man and two tots were also listed as heading to Syria via Brazil, as well as another couple and seven-year-old boy from the same area, and Rio Claro couples and children. An Ecclesville, Rio Claro family of five was listed crossing the Turkish border to Syria.

Others listed as departed for Syria were men, women and children from Morvant, adults from Mayaro and Richplain Road, Diego Martin and a woman born in Saudi Arabia whose TT address was Mayaro. Also listed were a Trou Macaque man, a Coconut Drive, Morvant man, plus men, women and boys from Pranz Gardens, Claxton Bay. Women and boys in that group departed via Panama and Brazil. A tot and youngster from Petit Valley were also listed with adults.

What Moneylal want these people to be arrested for ? Traveling to Syria is not a crime. Becoming an Islamic fundamentalist is not a crime. Unless he have some proof they commit a crime what they go be charged with ?

But what charge you arresting for ? I notice you still ent say what law they break,

By your logic anybody visiting Nigeria should be arrested.

Also Assad still controls a 1/3 of Syria . Other factions control another 1/3. If they say they went there to visit the Assad controlled part (which has no war) or they say they join the other rebel groups like Free Syrian Army or the Islamic Front or the Kurds, Can anybody could prove otherwise ?

government, police and the people here too coward to deal with real issues like crime, drugs, terrorism, corruption and money laundering, they rather beat down easy targets to feel good about themselves and get publicity, like removing tint or charging a man for a joint, although it provides insignificant tangible or long term benefits.
third world coconut paradise mentality.

Exclusive view of list of Isis fighters

Dillon ‘red flags’ terrorists’ families

In his interview with SG yesterday, Dillon cited a much lower figure. His blacklist list contained 105 descriptions of men, women and children who have gone to Syria. He added that his own information was that the number was “ just over 90 to 100 or so.”

Former PP National Security minister Carl Alfonso said the figures given by Moonilal and the police report were in sync with what he recalled of the matter. He estimated a network of approximately 300 was involved, between those locally assisting travel to Syria and those who had actually gone.

His predecessor, Gary Griffith said those who went to Syria fell into three categories: T&T fighters confirmed as being Isis terrorists who in his tenure numbered 30 plus. They were red-flagged with international allies and wouldn’t be allowed to board flights to return here, he added.

A second group involved families/sympathisers who went to Syria, who weren’t deemed terrorists and not red-flagged. The third category comprised those who provided support/funding for those who left—the reason he formed a counter-terrorism unit.

“That category may be a small group, they don’t make themselves known but are sympathisers and should be monitored also through the Financial Intelligence Unit,” he said.

Former National Operations Centre head Garvin Heerah said the figure in 2012-13 was around 87 to 90 and could have increased subsequently.

“The figures in the Guardian article can be verified as true and correct...based on the Joint Intelligence sharing platform coordinated by the NOC, chaired by the SSA, the figures were 87 plus, as well as strong possibility of an increase if the amount that left T&T also included children.

“Information was gathered, corroborated and shared amongst intelligence agencies, regional partners and international allies regarding T&T nationals who were transiting to Syria,” Heerah added.

Dillon confirmed that apart from three women who returned from Turkey in 2014, two other T&T nationals also returned in 2016.

Security agencies said the two recent returnees were males in their 30s from north and east Trinidad. They were halted at Turkey and not allowed to reach Syria, after saying they came on “vacation.”

Dillon said the number of T&T nationals heading to Syria annd Isis slowed this year. This may be due to recent setback for Isis and the battlefield, and their losing big chunks of territory in Syria and Iraq.

The 2013-2015 police list obtained howed a pattern of more men heading to Syria in earlier years (since 2013) and family groups going in 2014 and 2015.

Men’s ages ranged from early 20s to 50s, and the women’s ages ranged from teens to 50s. Boys outnumbered girls among the children. Age range for both groups was three to 16.

The only returnees on that particular list were a mother and two daughters (referenced by Dillon) whose address was given as Rio Claro and Enterprise.

The two girls plus two boys were listed as leaving in September 2014 and arriving in Turkey in November 2014. A 38-year-old man also from Rio Claro/Enterprise, and said to have been associated with mosques in those areas, had from the listing accompanied the girls and boys when they left T&T. The girls were detained at a refugee camp in Turkey.

The mother’s departure date from T&T was given as November 2014 and she was listed as detained at the Turkish refugee camp also. She and the girls returned home later that month. This was done with state agencies’ assistance since the women had sought help on the basis of alleged trafficking of the girls. They arrived home escorted by T&T officials. The man (Anthony Hamlet) and two boys went on to Syria and he reportedly “died in battle.”

By Gary Griffith's statements, this seems to be relatively well handled for now. Fighters can't come back, sponsors being monitored, families can return but should be kept under surveillance. Women as well as children perform suicide bombings. And would thus do just about anything else required of them. So don't watch them light at all.

Also fighters attempting to enter Trinidad by any means at all whether legal or illegal is not a good sign, and would signal that they have a mission to perform here. Once in Isis there is no.... ''I resigned and came back home'. They are soldiers for life.

They can't be charged with anything that will stand up in court. They can be considered 'persons of interest' and their movements Monitored, i.e. surveiled. If the police violate their right to privacy without significant evidence, then that should be deemed a violation of privacy.
Although they can't be prevented from returning to their country of origin by international convention, blocking them good enough for the while until we get a better rational mechanism to deal with it.

Last I know, talking to a drug dealer, weapons dealer, murderer is not a crime.

Prosecute what u have evidence for.

And how long would these said persons be under surveillance? Tnt police can't even catch criminals 10% of the time unless somebody who don't like ya head inform them. They go make it look like they got a watchful eye and forget about it in a month or two besides Its not only in Isis hotzones you could receive training hunting in the forest alone in certain countries can train you well.
