I think in January I gonna make a full fledged rig, with somewhere between 7-10 cards in operation, just need to decide on which cards I gonna be using.

If you spent $1000 USD on coin in January 2017, you'd be in the black by about $16,000 USD today

If you spent $1000 USD on graphics/mining cards in January 2017, you'd have some severely abused cards and maybe a couple hundred dollars today

Your choice. :drinking:

Well I don't know about January, but I spent about 500US worth to buy two cards in August just to try it out and made over 300US profit so far, so I don't think I turned it too bad. And just because I'm mining doesn't mean I didn't purchase crypto earlier in the year, just the techy in me wants a mining rig and will continue to have my Bitcoin node running and confirming hundreds of thousands of transactions daily

Bitcoin is setting the trend and a new crypto is appearing daily.

Hi.. very new to cryptocurrency. Now trying to invest and get info.

Someone told me about iqoption as an easy way to buy coins. Has anyone used this? Will they allow you to sell coins from another or external wallet?

Also I am interested in purchasing Ripple now because of the price.. but where would you sell it back if you want to?

Thanks for any info.

https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles ... to-bitcoin

That oil can support financial instruments worth $267 billion, the ministry said in the statement. By comparison, bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency, has a market capitalization of about $246 billion, according to coinmarketcap.com.

So the one thing that is a threat to BTC...is BTC 2.0....

Im not saying that Venez has the solution... or that any one has it now...but really what are the barriers to entry for a BTC competitor that is an improved model?

If I buy Ripple and store in an offline wallet, but eventually want to sell out, what are the options to sell and get your money in a Trinidad? My hope would be to get USD.

IQOption giving that option and easy to buy with TT credit card... but everything stored with them online so a bit panicky about that. Any thoughts?

with iq option you can use your local credit card to buy and sell

if you just "sell" the credit will be on your iq option account to use back
if you decide to actually "Cash out" then it will either go back to your credit card or to your bank account. i`m not sure how long that will take or whats the associated fees or roadblocks

i only take a small chook in this 2 weeks ago

also form iq option you cant transfer to your wallet

to use kraken apparently you need to wire money to the account so thats another scene as its near impossible to get usd to wire lol

yeah the different websites might have the prices THEY buying and selling at as opposed to the live price
thats how they making their money from the commissions and selling you at a higher rate and buying from you at a lower rate

the ripple was a nice easy way to make some cash though

3-5 times the money in 2 weeks?

I tried to sign up with bitstamp and coinmama but they taking long to verify because of the traffic right now.

I wonder what sites I can go to to buy Ripple? Which ones will take the TTcredit card.

And although I am not looking to sell as yet, I want to know how and where to transfer Ripple to sell. Anybody here knows?

Ripple price forecasts are $5.00 by end of Jan and since Japan and Korea have signed on to use this.. ppl saying it could potentially teach $50.00

What's stopping ripple from reaching as high as bitcoin eventually.
It's grown 700% in the last three weeks ?

Ripple will never reach the highs of bitcoin. I implore people to read the tech behind these coins before buying.

Ripple is not a blockchain coin. All 100 billion coins are already pre mined and its centralized meaning its under the control of a company. Bitcoin only goes to 21 million coins.

some forex sites convert usd to bitcoin. it may be easier to get verified on a forex site as they may not have the large numbers of new users as the bitcoin exchanges. then open an account in binance and fund it with bitcoin. there you can buy altcoins. and you can also short ripple :)
